I had a pleasant stay at this hotel. The rooms, although a little outdated, were kept clean, and the service was fantastic with amenities like laundry service and tour assistance available. The location was convenient, close to the lake and the Gondolas at Heavenly Valley Ski Resort in South Lake Tahoe. On the downside, the dining options were limited, but the included poultry meals were satisfactory.
